HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Orders placed from November 1st to December 31st, 2021, will have until January 31st, 2022 to exchange, return, or receive store credit for the order.

We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in original condition with the original tag attached.

For exchanges - the item/s you must choose must be of equal or lesser value than your original purchase. We are unable to take partial payments for items that exceed the value of the original purchase.

** Returns and exchanges are not available for free or promotional items. If a free or promotional item is deemed faulty, we will offer a suitable replacement. 

Once we have received your return back at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
